CHIEF WP WELDED 3000 PSI

CHIEF™ WP WELDED CYLINDERS

The CHIEF™ WP 3000 PSI is a very versatile cylinder. The rod end

comes with a drilled pin-hole and can easily be customized to fit your

rod end of choice. Base end has a welded cross-tube with grease

zerk. Ideal for construction and agricultural applications as well as

other industries like OEM manufacturers of trailers, metal fabricating,

and waste/recycling equipment. SAE 8 o-ring ports for easy hookup.

Every CHIEF™ WP cylinder is functionally tested and pressurized to

1.5 times the normal working pressure to ensure performance

reliability. WP cylinders have a 3000 PSI operating range and 3 year

limited warranty. Painted black, available in custom colors.

• Intended Use: Double-acting applications


• Piston: Ductile iron with wear ring


• Gland: Ductile iron, screw-in design with wear ring


• Tube: Precision honed steel


• Rod: Hard chrome plated


• Rod End Mount: Rod eye drilled


• Base End Mount: Steel cross-tube with grease zerk


• Tube Seal: Buna o-ring with Polytemp hytrel backup


• Rod Seal: Deep polypak with B lip design


• Rod Wiper: Urethane, snap-in


• Piston Seal: Hallite 755 provides prolonged wear resistance with wear ring


• All Seals: Manufactured to US specifications


• Ports: SAE o-rings


• Painted black. Custom colors are available.


• Packaging: Individually poly bagged
