issueoftheyear.Goodnesscombinedwithwarmth,a senseof

nostalgiathatmeltseasilyintohappiness,butnotnecessarily

‘heavy’,astheplentifuluseofplantsandvegetablescomes

tothefore.Manyoldtechniquesarenewagain– slowcooking;

a focusonseasonality;bakingfromscratch;bread,dough,

puddingsandcakes– whichseesfamiliarflavoursbecome

something‘wow’withinterestingfreshtwists.It’sa sexysort

ofsoulfood– humbleandheartybuta littlebitluxe.
