30gmixednutsandseeds(almondsand
pumpkin,sunflower, poppy, flax and
chiaseeds)
Juice1 largeor2 smalloranges
150ml kombucha or water
TOSERVE
A handfulofraisins,choppeddried
apricotsorotherdriedfruit(soaked
withtheoatsif youlike),ora handful
ofberries,ora slicedsmallbanana,or
anapple,choppedorcoarselygrated
2 tbsnaturalyoghurtorkefir,optional
Toasted buckwheat groats (optional)
Combinetheoats,nutsandseedsin a
breakfastbowl,addingsomedriedfruitif
youlike.Addtheorangejuiceand the
kombuchaorwater.Mixwell.
Coverthebowlandplacein thefridge
ora coolplacefor6-8hoursorovernight.
If possible,takethesoakedoatsoutof
thefridgehalfanhourbeforeyouwant to
eatthem,sothey’renottoochilly.
Servewithyourchosenfruit.Youcould
alsoadda spoonfulortwoofyoghurtor
kefirand,tobringsomecrunch, a few
toasted buckwheat groats.
