toreadaboutthedestructionofSouthernOceanLodgeon

KangarooIsland,a spotthedelicious. teamhasvisitedseveral

timesovertheyears,mostrecentlyfortheLodge’s10thanniversary.

OwnersJamesandHayleyBailliehavevowedtorebuildtheirflagship

propertyandhelpsupportotherlocalbusinesses,producersandsuppliersas

morethan 40 percentoftheislandwasravaged.TheBaillies have requested we

continuetosupportKangarooIslandtourismastheyrecover.

TheAdelaideHillswineregionhasbeenbadlydamaged,withreportsestimatingonethird

ofthevineyardproductionhasbeendestroyed.SeveralincludesomebeautifulspotsI visitedrecentlyona trip

toSouthAustraliafordelicious., includingGoldingEstateandBarristersBlock.Youcanhelpbybuyingwinefromimpacted

growers. SmokefromfiresmayalsohaveaffectedcropsasfarafieldfromtheBarossathroughtothe Hunter Valley,

whilemanyfarmersandfoodgrowershavelostlivestock,cropsandhomes.

Severalofouraward-winningproducerswereevacuated,andsomehavebeenbadlyaffected.ThehivesatMalfroy’sGoldin the

BlueMountainshavebeendamaged,andTheFermentaryin Daylesfordhashadregeneratedlandwipedout.Asdelicious. partner

Thankful4Farmersposted,NoFarmers= NoFood.Itsgoalis toamplifyawarenessandgeneratesustainablefundingtoimpact

regionalandruralcommunitiesaffectedbyeventssuchasthese.NationalrelieforganisationsincludingFoodBankandourpartner
