compost, it not only allows you to give back to the
earth, it also makes you realise very quickly how
much you waste and contribute to landfill. And
support local farmers by buying local and not being
bothered that the shape of that carrot doesn’t fit
into a mould. If people take the time to talk to the
producer next time they buy from them, they will
soon understand that the effort to produce that
carrot is far greater than most would imagine.”
