Nottheonlyobstacle,Collishasalsostruggledtocourier
hiscatchbetweenstates.“Usually,therearearoundfiveor
sixflightsperdaybetweenMelbourneandSydney,nowthere’s
justone.”It hasmeant a complete restructuring of the way
heoperates.
However,slowlybutsurely,businessis startingtopickup
again.“Morerestaurantsareopeningupallthetime,sothat’s
good news. But most importantly, the fishery is safe.”
