Evenunderthesecircumstances,thetalent,hard
workandentrepreneurialspiritofourlocalproducers
hasdeliveredustopproducedespitelockdownsand
restrictions.Ourkitchentableshaveneverlookedor
tastedsogood,justwhenweneededit themost.
I havesoadmiredhowourproducershavechanged
theirbusinessmodelsvirtuallyovernight,tofindways
todelivertheirdeliciousgoodstothecustomer.
Recently,AnthonyPuharichandI enjoyeda
barbecuewithColinFassnidge.Believeme,when
mywagyubeefis in thehands,ortongs,ofColin
