on the road
Hello, Dolly!
Dolly Parton turns 75 on January 19,
and Nashville’s White Limozeen is the
perfect place to have a drink in her honor.
The new rooftop restaurant atop the
Graduate Hotel is named for the legendary
singer’s 29th solo album, and she was the
inspiration for the pink-on-pink dining
room. Developer Marc Rose says he just
imagined a dinner party at Dolly’s place!
The menu is Southern and, like Dolly, a
little over-the-top: The biscuits come with
caviar, and this glitzy Queen of the Rodeo
cocktail is garnished with edible glitter.
