Instant grits are great for quick weeknight
dinners, but we broke out the old-fashioned
kind for our story on page 72. These
longer-cooking grits have a delicious corn
flavor and a nice creamy texture. Plus
they’re easy to make from scratch: They’re
done in about 20 minutes!
