Here's how to grill a

Go skinless
Chicken skin can burn
over direct heat and
cause flare-ups, so buy
drumsticks skinless or
pull off the skin yourself.
If you really want the skin,
grill the chicken over
indirect heat; just note
it will take a little longer.

Marinate
the meat
Drumsticks don't need
much more than a simple
marinade. You can prep them
in t he morning and they'll be
ready to cook by dinnertime.
