PUMPKIN PIE LAYERED
CHEESECAKE


Classic pumpkin pie fi lling is sandwiched
between vanilla cheesecake for the
ultimate holiday dessert.


GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
1 1 /^2 cups graham cracker crumbs


(^1) / (^3) cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
(^1) / (^2) teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
(^1) / (^4) teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cloves
(^1) / (^4) teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
CHEESECAKE FILLING
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
(^1) / (^4) cup fl our
1 31 /^2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1 /^4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
/ 4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cloves
(^1) / (^4) teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
2 teaspoons McCormick®All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
1 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all ingredients for crust.
Press evenly onto bottom and up sides of 9-in springform
pan. 2 - For fi lling, beat cream cheese and sugar in large
bowl until fl uff y. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well. Stir in
sour cream. Transfer 1 cup batter to medium bowl; beat
in pumpkin, fl our and spices until smooth. Stir vanilla
into remaining plain batter. Pour^1 / 2 of the vanilla batter
into crust. Gently pour pumpkin batter over top. Top with
remaining vanilla batter. 3 - Bake 50 minutes or until center
is almost set. Turn off oven; let cheesecake stand in oven 2
hours or until cooled. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

STREUSEL LAYERED
APPLE PIE
Two layers of tasty streusel sandwich
apple slices, creating a deep dish spin
on a traditional pie.
1 cup packed light brown sugar
(^1) / (^2) cup fl our
1 1 /^4 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
(^1) / (^2) teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
(^1) / (^8) teaspoon McCormick® Ground Allspice
(^1) / (^3) cup cold butter
1 frozen unbaked deep dish pie crust (9-in)
6 to 8 medium cooking apples, peeled and thinly sliced
(about 8 cups)
1 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix brown sugar, fl our and
spices in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender
or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle about^1 / 3 of streusel mixture over bottom of pie
crust. 2 - Layer sliced apples in pie crust. Spoon remaining
streusel mixture over apples. Place pie on baking sheet.
3 - Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until apples are tender
and streusel is golden brown. Cool on wire rack.

DECADENT CHOCOLATE
PECAN PIE
Try this luscious variation of a classic pecan pie
for a memorable end to your holiday meal. The
spicy crunch of a traditional pecan pie nestles
atop a layer of divinely rich chocolate.
1 refrigerated pie crust (from 14.1-ounce package)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons milk
4 eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons McCormick®All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
(^1) / (^2) teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
(^1) / (^4) teaspoon McCormick® Ground Allspice
(^1) / (^4) teaspoon salt
1 1 / 2 cups pecan halves
1 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 9-in deep dish pie
plate with pie crust. Bake 7 minutes. Remove crust from
oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. 2 - Meanwhile,
microwave chocolate chips and milk in medium
microwavable bowl 1 to 1^1 / 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour
chocolate evenly over crust. 3 - Beat eggs in large bowl. Add
remaining ingredients; mix well. Slowly pour mixture over
chocolate layer. Place ring of foil around edges of crust to
prevent over-browning. 4 - Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until
fi lling is puff ed and center is still soft enough to move when
shaken gently. Cool completely on wire rack.
