1 tsppreparedhorseradish
2 tbsp chopped chives

1 Sprinkledukkahandpepitason
a bakingtraylinedwithbakingpaper.
Combinesugarand2 tbspvinegarin
a smallsaucepanandstirovermedium-
highheatuntilsugardissolves(1 minute).
Bringtotheboilandcookuntildark
caramelincolour(4-5minutes)then
pouroverpepitamixture.Stand until
coolandset(8minutes).

char-grillpantohighheat.Drizzle
breadwith1 tbspoilthengrilluntil
lightlycharred(2minutes).
