2 smalltelegraph
cucumbers,peeled
½ whiteonion,diced
1 smallgarlicclove
1 tbspextra-virginolive
oil,plusextratoserve
3 tspapplecidervinegar
orlimejuice
Plainyoghurt(optional)
anddillormint sprigs,
to serve
