Thesecrackersarewholesomeandmoreish,andgowellwith
anydipofyourchoosing.Here, we’ve paired them with a fresh,
zesty smashed avocado.

1 Forcrackers, preheatoven
to 180 °C andline2 baking
trayswithbakingpaper.
Combineingredients, 2 tbsp
waterand1 tspsaltflakesin
a bowlandmixuntila dough
forms.Transferdoughtoa large
sheetofbakingpaperand
pressoutwithyourhandto
flattentoa rectangle.Topwith
anothersheetofbakingpaper
androlloutto 20 cmx 35cm
(3-4mmthick).Removetop
paperandcutdoughinto
10cmx 3.5cmcrackers, then
transfertopreparedbaking
trays. Bakecrackers, inbatches
if necessary,untilgoldenand
crisp(15-20minutes),then
coolcompletely.Crackerswill
keepinanairtightcontainer
for2 weeks.
