“I don’t class myself as vegan or
vegetarian but since working at
Alibi, I’ve stopped buying meat
at home,” says Brogan. “We only
drink almond milk and we buy
vegan mince and vegan sausages,
like we use at work. I’ll eat a
little bit of meat when I go to a
restaurant, however, especially
if it’s a dégustation.”
