Coast,aroundMaroochydore,then
it wasalwaystheGoldCoast.Mydad
oncewona verysmallcarina lottery,
whichpaidforourfamilyofsixtotravel
toFijiona cruise.I wasabout 11 and
wasgivenfreereinontheship– it was
somuchfun:swimming all day and
dancing till late.It’salwayshardtonarrowdown,butmy
favouritecountrytovisithastobeItaly.
I thinkculturallywesharea verysimilar
approachtolife,wherefamily,funand
suncomefirst.I loveItaliancuisine
foritssimplicityandflavour,andthe
satisfaction and comfort it provides.Travellingopensupyourmind,helps
youfindperspectiveandtakesyouout
ofyourcomfortzone.Travelprovides
thetriggertoswitchoff,digitally detox
