1 Preheatovento 150 °C.
Addpotatotoa saucepan
ofcoldwater, bringtothe
boil andcookuntiljust
tender(5-10minutes).Drain.

3 Heatoilina largefryingpan
overhighheat.Seasonlamb
chopstotaste,addtopanand
fry, turningonce, until golden
