And their Mont Blanc was inspired

by one they ate in Japan, so good

it rendered them speechless. Their

version includes salted Chantilly

cream and malted artichoke purée,

served with a mint, raspberry leaf

and hibiscus tea.

(The Pot) has joined Sparkke at the

Whitmore. Dishes such as grilled roti

with dhal butter draw on her Indian

background, and future plans include
