Ovolo has launched a new private dining concept

called Restaurants in Room. Operating out of

Canberra’s Ovolo Nishi, guests can book into the

social distance-adhering diner, which will see a three

or five-course dinner ($229 or $289 respectively)

served and set up like a restaurant, by staff from the

hotel’s own Monster Kitchen and Bar. You can order

drinks from a Martini trolley or opt for matched wines.

And if you want to extend your change of scenery,

guests can stay the night for an additional $70-$90.

Some kind cookbooks

Project Take Away is a new, independently published cookbook series, offering a practical

and creative revenue alternative for hospitality venues. The project rallies the support of the

localcommunitywhilstsharingthevenues’cookingknowledgeandemployinglocalcreatives.
