ripeonitsown,orusingtheyoung
onesina curry.It replicatesthetexture
similar to meat – it’s beautiful.

What’syourapproachtocreatingthose
combinations?Sometimesthere’stoo
much going on with fusion food, but

theredoesn’thavetobe.It canreally
gobacktobasics,tomakebeautiful

beinnovationjustforthesakeofit
