70 mloliveoil
1 tbspcuminseeds,dry
roastedandfinelyground
800 gmcannedchickpeas,
drained
100 mlchickenstock,orwater
Arilsfroma pomegranate
Labne,mintandlemon
wedges,toserve
Sumac, to season


1 Preheatovento 240 °C.
Tosspitaina bowlwith1 tbsp
oil,spreadontoa bakingtray
androast,turningoccasionally
untilcrisp(5minutes).
2 Heatremainingoilina frying
panovermediumheat.Add
cuminandstiruntilfragrant
(5seconds),thenaddchickpeas
andstockandstiruntilwarmed
through (4-6 minutes). Season.

3 Toserve,spoonlabneonto
platesandtopwithchickpeas,
thenmintandpomegranate
andscatteroverpitaandserve
seasoned with sumac or lemon.
