orotherleafygreen,such
assilverbeet
½ onion,finelychopped
3 tspsunfloweroil
1 garlicclove,minced
1 longgreenchilli,stem
trimmed,halved
lengthways

1 Washbroccoli(orsilverbeet),
cutleavesfromstemsandchop
offthestalkends.Thinlyslice
thestalks,quarteringthethicker
stems,andcoarselychopthe
leaves,keepingthestalks and
leavesseparate.
2 Heatoilina deepfryingpan
overmediumheat.Sautéonion,
stirring until tender (5-6 minutes).

Addgarlic,stiruntilsoftened
(1 minute),thenaddthebroccoli
stalksandcook,stirring
occasionally,untiltheybegin
tosoften(4-6minutes).Add
theleaves,greenchilliand
salttotaste,stiruntiltender
(3-4 minutes), then serve.
