1 Heatoilina casseroleover
low-mediumheatandsauté
onionuntilverytender(8-10
minutes).Addgarlicandsauté
untilsoftened(1 minute).Add
berbereand1 tbspwaterand
stirtocombine.Addtomatoes
andcook,stirringandbreaking
upwiththespoon,untilwell
combined(1-2minutes),then
adddicedlamband1/2cup
water,orenoughtojustcover
lamb.Coverandsimmergently
overlowheatuntilalmost
tender(20-30minutes).
