MAD GENIUS TIPS
AS A SERIOUS LOVER OF all
things frozen (yes, even the
movie), I take major pride in
greeting the heat of summer
with all types of icebox
desserts. I especially like them
for entertaining. Turns out,
frozen desserts are extremely
well-suited for dinner parties.
By nature, they’re almost
always made in advance, so
they don’t require my
attention as guests arrive. Plus,
they can serve any number of
people, and pulling them out
of the freezer is really all that’s
needed to get them into the
hands of your friends. Read on
for three of the sweetest ways I
can think of to beat the heat
this summer.
