One of the few positive outcomes of the COVID-19 outbreak has been witnessing
so many generous humanitarian eff orts from companies around the country
and across industries. Food & Wine magazine would like to acknowledge a few
of those corporations for their intentional giving. As part of our own initiative
and to support the Food and Beverage industry, one of the hardest hit,
we partnered with Southern Smoke Foundation to help raise money for our
community members who are in crisis and advocate for the industry we love.PROMOTIONLexus believes in putting people fi rst, which is why

initiative. This employee relief fund off ers grants to
cover essential life needs. During these trying times
it’s important to remember that when you take care of
people fi rst, the rest will follow.Baha Mar off ers our unwavering support to our associates
and their families. While the resort closed its doors in
March, Baha Mar has provided partial pay and continued to
cover employee insurance premiums throughout the crisis.
Additionally, the resort created and donated care packages
of foods and essential goods for 5,000 associates, partnering
with local organizations to assist and uplift the community.For over 120 years, S.Pellegrino has partnered with the
culinary world to bring people together through food.
To support the restaurant community in its time of need,
S.Pellegrino donated $1 million to the JBF Food and
Beverage Industry Relief Fund and redirected advertising
resources to raise awareness of the fund and inspire
others to join in supporting local restaurants.
Giving back has always been part of Raymond James’
people-focused mission. In response to the
COVID-19 pandemic, the fi rm committed nearly
$2 million to support charitable organizations in
their eff orts to provide food and healthcare,
including to Feeding America as they support
communities across the country.
