GRILLED LAMB SKEWERS
WITH BOURSIN

CHEESE

& Fine Herbs Cheese transforms the classic combination
of lamb skewers and mixed veggies into an unforgettable
feast of fl avors.

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine lamb with
garlic, 1 tbsp parsley, lemon zest and
3 tbsp olive oil. Cover and refrigerate,
1 hour.
Heat a grill over medium-high heat
(400 F). Season lamb with salt and
pepper and divide evenly among 12,
12” skewers. Grill about 8 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine
vegetables, 1 tbsp parsley, 2 tbsp olive
oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and
dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Place Boursin Cheese and heavy
cream in a separate medium bowl; let
rest 10 mins. Gently fold heavy cream
into cheese until texture is lightened
and creamy, do not over stir.
To serve, spread a scoop of Boursin
Cheese on a plate with the back of a
spoon. Top the Boursin Cheese with
1-2 lamb skewers and a large scoop of
mixed vegetables.

- 1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
- 1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp chopped dill

Herbs Cheese, crumbled - 1/3 cup heavy cream
