2 tbsp all-purpose fl our
2 9” square puff pastry sheets, thawed
2 5.2-oz boxes of Boursin Garlic & Fine
Herbs Cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
4-6 fresh thyme sprigs
(^1) ⁄ 4 tsp ground Aleppo pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly fl our a
surface and unfold puff pastry sheets. Cut
each sheet into 16 squares (2^1 ⁄ 4 ” x 2^1 ⁄ 4 ” each). - Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment
paper; space squares evenly on sheets.
Firmly press your thumb in the center of
each square to make an indentation. - Scoop 1 large tsp of Boursin Cheese and
gently pat into a rough, ball shape. Place
Boursin Cheese in the center indentation
of each puff pastry square. Repeat until all
squares are full. - Bake 11-13 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Let cool on a sheet tray and transfer to a
serving platter. Garnish with olive oil, fresh
thyme leaves, crumbles of Boursin Cheese,
and Aleppo pepper.
