Pathogens Certified instructor who teaches classes to
tattooartistsworldwide,mostrecentlyinBeijing,China
in2011;andhecurrentlyownsAvalonTattooIIinSan
Diego, California, which he established in 1997.
Fip also does illustrations,skateboard designs, T-shirt
designs,acrylicpaintingsandmurals.Heisagraduateof
theArtInstitute of Pittsburgh,and hisworkhas been
exhibitedingalleriesaswellaspublishedinthebooks
ForeverYesandSouthernCaliforniaTattooRoadTrip,
and themagazinesTattoo, Skinand Ink, PrickTattoo
andSanDiego’s 944 .Fiphasspecializedinlarge-scale
Japanese-inspiredtattoosfor themajorityofhiscareer
and is well known for his bold, colorful work.
