SEVEN ISSUES
OF LET’S KNIT FOR
ONLY £34.99!

We can’t tell you how good it feels to
say goodbye to winter and welcome
in the season of hope and renewal –
spring! To celebrate we’re delighted
to bring you our 16-page Joyful Knits
Collection, brimming with cheery
garments inspired by the new
season. This month’s selection
features Jo Allport’s Leaf Lace jumper (left) and
Veronica Shaw’s Garden Party wrap with its intricate
motifs (p28), and it starts on page 14.
Rainbows are a theme that runs through this
month’s issue, inspiring projects such as Nicola
Valiji’s Rainbow Wreath (p33) and Julie Ferguson’s
Colourful Cushion (p37). Crafters have heartily
embraced this emblem as a symbol of hope, and we
explore this phenomenon on page 40, showcasing
many more ways you can knit the rainbow.
Val Pierce has been busy creating Millie the
adorable ragdoll (p53) and to make this toy more
inclusive she’s chosen a darker-than-usual shade for
the skin tone. Given how much kids learn about the
world through their toys we think it’s a great idea!
On page 70 we have an interview with the
doyenne of the craft world, Erika Knight. Find out
all about Erika’s new book, Texture, then turn to page
72 for a taster pattern, the elegant Tramline gloves.
We hope you loved the gift that came with this
month’s issue – the yarn to knit Dexter the dapper
puppy! On pages 79-82 you’ll find the patterns to knit
no less than four of Dexter’s friends. Pick your
favourite or make the whole set!

Happy Knitting
