The Fair Isle method allows
you to use two colours across
one row by stranding the yarn
not in use along the back until
it’s needed. When working
this pattern, make sure that
the unused yarn is stranded
loosely across the back of your
work so you don’t end up with
stitches that are too tight. Also,
try to keep all the strands in
the same relative positions
when you’re changing
colours – this will help to stop
you getting all twisted up!
