Using 4mm needles and

yarn D, cast on 11 sts

tail, thread through rem sts,

pull tight and fasten off

Join ends

RAINDROPS (make one

each in yarn B, C and F)

Using 3.25mm needles,

cast on six sts

£ Cut yarn leaving a

long tail, thread through

rem sts, pull tight and

fasten off

TO MAKE UP

For Rays, sew side seam, join

at base to form a string of Rays.

Lay on top of Bib and sew to

edge. For Cloud, work a running

stitch along cast-on edge and

gather to curve. Using image

as a guide, place Raindrops

and work a couple of long

stitches to form tip of Raindrop.

Attach Cloud, Raindrops, Eyes

and Mouth. Cut elastic 2cm

less than back Waistband,

fold back waist section at fold

line, lay elastic inside at top of

Waistband and sew to each end

to secure. Join side. Cast-off

stitches on Front sides will line

up with top of folded Waistband.

Sew on Buttons and block LK
