Of course, there are no National Guard at
the Capitol yet, not to any fault of the D.C.
National Guard, which has been con-
strained by the Pentagon.

approval for out-of-state forces to mus-
ter and be prepared to deploy to '.C. By
00 p.m., the Pentagon says, the states
of New <ork, New -ersey, Pennsylvania
and 'elaware had offered to send forc-
es “and the fastest timeline they could
be in the National Capitol Region.”
