TYPE: Last, let’s look at Type. This
is like a MAX Sneak in your pocket!
When you see a font you like on
a menu or sign, but have no idea
which one it is, or which of the
17,000 Adobe Fonts might be most
similar, simply point, frame, and
presto! Capture compares your
selection to the vast library of fonts
you have available with your mem-
bership and serves up those most
relevant or closely resembling it. No
more guesswork. Like everything
in Capture, the intuitive interface
and live camera immerse you in the
experience and immediately reward
you with how-did-I-do-that results.
We’ve looked at Capture
through the lens (sorry, I couldn’t
help myself) of the live feed, but
it’s important to note that capture
can leverage existing artwork from
your camera roll, Creative Cloud,
Lightroom, Adobe Stock, or iOS
files. The app is the most fun and
engaging through the live feed, but
I’d argue it’s most useful with your
existing artwork.

IN PHOTOSHOP
Let’s take a quick look at the
experience from the Photoshop
side (mind you, an application
such as Fresco would have a very
similar conduit to your assets). In
Photo shop, show the Libraries
panel (Window>Libraries), nav-
igate to the library you selected
or created, and here you’ll find all
the assets you created in Capture.
In the example below, you can
see that I’ve simply dragged my
assets onto the canvas and can
immediately leverage them as
source content in our favorite
application. You can also click
on any color swatch to set that
as your Foreground color, or click
