STEP THREE: Next you have Color
Filters. These emulate the placement
of colored resin in front of the lens
to accentuate particular parts of
the color spectrum. They’re quite
neat and make a huge difference
to the image. Yellow works well
on this one.

STEP FOUR: Tonal Values runs the
Auto Levels command. Obviously,
this depends on the settings in your
Levels Options, so make sure it’s
set to something you like.


STEP FIVE: The final option is Paper Structure, which adds a texture file based
on paper scans. When you click on an option, the appropriate layer becomes
active and visible in the Layers panel. If you find any of them a little strong, use
the layer Opacity on the relevant paper layer to reduce it. And with that, you’re
done! Obviously, you can tweak away from there.
