Perfect petals
This large rose would
make a gorgeous
card if stitched on its
own. The delicate pink
petals are created with
no less than 12 shades
of stranded cotton,
ranging from dark pink
and red through to
cream and white, really
capturing the light
and shade you can
see on these beautiful
blooms. I hope you
enjoy bringing it to
life in stitches.
Sparkly accessories
I don’t usually use beads in my designs, but felt this fairy
would really look pretty with some sparkling ‘jewels’ in her
hair and on her arm. Just a few crystal-clear seed beads are
all you need – or, if you have another colour in your stash
that you’d prefer to use, you can probably substitute them.
