Nicknamed “the vegan Coachella,” Pasadena, CA’s

annual Eat Drink Vegan festival draws upwards of

10,000 for unlimited all-day sips of more than 250

vegan beers, ciders, kombuchas, wines, and craft

sodas poured into attendees’ very own souvenir

tasting glasses. And if you thought the “Drink” of

this fest was impressive, the “Eat” will blow you

away. This year, VegNews editors devoured food

by vendors from around the world, including spicy,

crispy, fried chicken sandwiches by London’s

cult-favorite Temple of Seitan; drippy, beefy burgers

from Atlanta’s rising star Slutty Vegan; and authentic Italian desserts from West

Hollywood’s Pura Vita. What a time to eat, drink, and be vegan!
