Makes 1 lassi


1 ripe peach, pitted


1 6-ounce container
Follow Your Heart Peach Yogurt


(^1) / 2 cup plain non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
(^1) / 4 teaspoon ground cardamom
(^1) / 8 teaspoon salt
In a blender, purée all ingredients
until smooth. Pour into a chilled
glass and serve immediately.
