that we have high hopes for: the 8-inch
gadget runs Android and has a full colour
screen, but the display doesn’t have any
backlighting, which means the impact on
your eyes is much more like e-ink. Flickering
and blue light are reduced, so the eye strain
should be as well, and yet you can still run
all your apps and do everything you would
normally do with a tablet. In theory there
should be an added bonus from this sort of
display too: extended battery life.
