No steering + 1.2 seconds race time
Tyre on (1 tyre on drive wheel only) +1.0 seconds race time
Inaccurate build (slight misalignment) +5.0 seconds race time
Halve air drag - 0.5 seconds race time
AT 20% SUN:
Increase weight by 200 gm +2.5 seconds race time
