Technical Preparation
The Dalmia Bharat Group was founded in 1935 by Shri
Jaidayal Dalmia Ji and the cement division, Dalmia
Cement (Bharat) Limited (DCBL) was established in 1939,
headquartered at New Delhi with pan-India presence for
various verticals – cement, sugar, magnesite, refractory,
electronic operations, and a travel agency.
Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited prides itself on
its pioneering efforts having introduced many new
technologies, which exist today, and subsequently to be
followed by others in the industry. Our organization has
been and continues to be an industry leader in the niche
market segments.
Based on continuous growth and increment in cement
demand for various sectors such as housing as well as
commercial construction and industrial construction,
Dalmia Cement is embarked to ramp up production
capacity by installing new cement plants in India’s eastern
region at Rajgangpur, which is an industrial town situated
in the Sundargarh district of Odisha, 400 km north-west of
the capital city, Bhubaneswar.
