the PG values are subject to change accordingly, so that
any benefit which is not attributable to technology shall be
passed on to the buyer.
For example, coating the internal as well as the external
surface of kiln, tertiary air duct (TAD), PH cyclones,
calciner, etc., with heat resistant paint/aluminization,
would give us a reduction in radiation heat losses which
would not be attributable to supplier-guaranteed specific
fuel consumption.

Raw Grinding Technology

We have provided following inputs to suppliers for designing
of raw grinding system:

1. Grindability: The limestone grindability given to
   suppliers for designing is 5 kWh/t @ VRM meter;
   however, OCL line 1 and 2 mills are operational
   with around 4.5 kWh/t @ VRM meter. During raw
   material testing in FLSmidth lab, the grindability
   was tested around 3.8 and 3.9 kWh/t; so we kept
   some margin and asked suppliers to design the
   system based on 5 kWh/t for guarantee.
