Contract Awards
Once the concept of the project was finalized at our
team level, we had initiated the preparation of project
budget. While preparing the project budget, we had
prepared detailed cost basis sheets considering the past
executed project references, other cost details available
of peer companies, and market conditions for better
consideration.
During the technical discussions with all OEM
suppliers along with their counterparts, we emphasized
that various technical developments had to be
implemented so that the entire industry benefited. Nearly
120 technical meetings with main equipment suppliers
and 180 technical meetings with various auxiliary
equipment suppliers were held between tender release
to order placement.
In April 2017 management approved finalization of 7,200
TPD plant; thereby we kept prime focus for finalization
of concept and budget. For concept finalization, our
operations team got involved and for budget finalization,
our commercial team got involved.
