Execution Process Establishment
Before embarking on our journey, we would like to highlight
the contributions by each stakeholder without whom the
project implementation would not have been successful.
Award of EP package put all the project stakeholders in
the frontline to complete their part of the job in achieving
the milestone.
The Overall Project Schedule up to commissioning was
developed in Primavera as well as MS Projects by the active
participation of all the stakeholders with fullest details,
milestones, inter-dependencies, and contingent periods
for depicting time and resources to be employed for this
project. Usage of one integrated, dynamic, and active
frontend planning system was a significant contributor to
the overall success of this project.
In addition to the regular Information Technology (IT)
support, IT team worked to build secure Wi-Fi zones
covering the whole project area, that provided access on
mobile devices to key project applications like Aconex and
CCTV camera. This allowed onsite validation, updates, and
