including all equipment drawings by various suppliers. Our
major partners, consultant, vendors, and contractors were
well acquainted with this tool and its function. All our
new partners were provided with this tool and imparted
training through Oracle for its use. The entire system was
user friendly and had a smooth operating process. It had
unlimited data storage capability with no upload file size
limit. It had a 100% delivery system, e-mail facility, revision
control with no delete option. Unlimited user accounts for
all stakeholders could be created. Auto archival/retrieval,
workflow management, audit trail, Building Information
Modelling (BIM) viewer were some of the best features of
Aconex DMS.
The SAP System implemented for Project Pride with
different business areas to have distinct identification in SAP
with separate GST registration. Implemented standard work
breakdown structure (WBS) and provided authorization
to concern resources for better control. Purchase release
strategy to ensure all expenditures had to be routed as per
the delegation of authority (DOA). Good practices and
process was established with help of technology to manage
free issue material, steel transactions, RA bill processing,
service entry, etc. System was established to control the
project cost within the approved budget and raise alarm
to take appropriate action in advance. Quantity-based
control system was also developed to control quantity
variance. Timely payment was ensured to all stakeholders
