Commencement of Execution
With our available resources at site, area cleaning, tree
cutting, and tree transplantation was carried out and
approaches were developed at an early stage, even before
our project construction head and other key personnel
mobilized at the site giving a thrust to preparatory activities
and project take-off.
The civil contractors, M/s Buildmet and M/s HAPB
Infra started mobilization in August 2018. The initial site
activities like construction of site office, worker housing,
batching plant setup and other requirements to start the
work were taken up. Meanwhile, mobilization of vital
construction equipment like excavator, dumpers, transit
mixers, concrete pumps, shuttering and staging, etc. was
started.
The first lot of TMT and steel was procured as per
the recommendation of our engineering consultant and
delivered at the site well in advance for initial construction
and start of fabrication as soon as the contractor mobilized.
