I started with the Churn Dash
block and mixed in elements of the Bear’s
Paw block, which has always looked like
a strawberry stem to me. I fi nished the
throw by quilting a grid that reminds
me of a strawberry basket.

Unit B, and one solid green 3^1 ⁄ 2 "
square in pairs. Join pairs to make
Unit C. The unit should be 6^1 ⁄ 2 " square
including seam allowances. Repeat to
