E segments to top and bottom edges
of a block center to make Block 4. The
block should be 21^1 ⁄ 2 " square including
seam allowances. Repeat to make a
second Block 4.

to make Block 5. The block should
be 21^1 ⁄ 2 " square including seam

ASSEMBLE BLOCKS

together two A segments, two
B segments, and one C segment to
make a block center. The block center
should be 21^1 ⁄ 2 × 151 ⁄ 2 " including seam
allowances. Repeat to make nine block
centers total.
