Leave some todry fl at and twist some to dry twisted.These will be 3D seaweed. I haven’tused many but you go with whatworks for your cake!``````40 Secure your cake onto your board(royal icing) and place the ribbon onthe board using double sided tape.``````31 Take 30g white modelling pasteand roll into two small balls – judgethe size yourself but they should lookquite bulbous. Add to the sockets withedible glue.``````32 Using green airbrush paint and yourthin paintbrush, create the iris, it shouldbe large and looking forward. Usingvodka thin the colour out so that it’sdarker at the edge of the iris and paler inthe centre.``````33 Repeat on the other side. Use a smallamount of black to create the pupils(nice and large) and then a nice whitedot on the top left of each to give theeyes some life.``````34 Create the eyelids by making alarge oval with white paste, rollingit out and then cutting in half, judgethe size against the eyes you havemade. Place on the head so that theeyeball is partially covered and therest remains on the head itself.
