We have small, medium or largepicks available, depending on the sizeand weight of your spray.``````2 Carefully unwrap your sugar flowerand cut the stem with wire cutters soit’s approximately half the length of thepick. Then gently bend the stem behindthe flower into a right angle.``````3 Roll a small ball of sugarpaste intoa sausage shape, and push it into thepick so that it completely covers thebottom half. Then, push the stem intothe paste as far as it will go. This willsecure your flower into the pick.``````4 Position the pick on the cake at aslight angle facing out and push itfirmly into the cake.
