YOU WILL NEED### EDIBLES: 120g modelling paste: dark grey(Saracino) 60g modelling paste: skin tone(Saracino) 100g modelling paste: light grey(Saracino) 35g modelling paste: blue (Saracino) 65g modelling paste: green (Saracino) 50g modelling paste: brown(Saracino) Modelling paste: small amounts ofwhite, orange, red and black small stick of dry spaghetti edible colour dust: skin tone(Magic Colours) blue and black metallic paint(Magic Colours) edible glue Karo syrup tiny amount of sugarpaste: white``````EQUIPMENT: 15cm (6in) cake board 2mm aluminium armature wire: 18cm(7in) x 1, 25cm (10in) x 2 and 20cm(8in) 3mm aluminium armature wire: 29cm(111/2in) x 1 2 x 12mm (1/4in) screws superglue – optional scalpel tin foil 24 gauge wire wire texture tool Dresden tool boning tool wooden orange/cuticle stick(available in chemists) paintbrushes embossing tool pointed/small ball tool cornflourpouch 1cm piping nozzle pliers template - visithttp://www.cakedecorationmagazine.co.uk``````1 a) Bend the 18cm long 2mmaluminium armature wire in half andpinch the end to make a sharp fold(top of head) twist to the neck followingthe template. b) Bend excess headwire out to the sides (arms), take one ofthe 25cm long 2mm wires, place half-way along arms and twist to the neck,repeat on other arm. c) Twist body wiretogether to the hips, centre the 3mmwire onto the body, wrap wire aroundthe legs. Bend at hips and make a loopat the end of the legs at 10cm.d) Fix the feet to the board with a screwand add superglue. e) Fix the 20cmwire just above the pelvis by wrappingaround the body. f) Cover the board withdark grey paste.``````2 Wrap the tin foil around the tops ofthe legs up to about the waist.``````3 Divide 15g light grey sausage intotwo pieces, roll the middle to make abone shape, slice into the back of the``````Cake artist:Rhu Strand``````5 Make two rectangles from 40g and20g of green paste, press and shapethem onto the armature to make thebody.
